SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method provides separate deep cultivation of strains of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-2984, Bacillus licheniformis VKPM B-4162, Bacillus megaterium VKPM B-204 and Lactobacillus plantarum VKPM B-5337 on nutrient environment of specified composition. Received culture fluid of pure Bacillus subtilis cultures of VKPM B-8130, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-2984, Bacillus licheniformis VKPM B-4162, Bacillus megaterium VKPM B-204 and Lactobacillus plantarum VKPM B-5337 is mixed in a ratio of 6:1:1:2:10 and applied to a sterile beet pulp pre-treated with a cellulolytic enzyme dissolved in a nutrient environment of specified composition. Solid phase fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 32–42 °C for 48–72 hours. Received mixture is thoroughly mixed and dried at a temperature of 43–45 °C to a final moisture content of the product of 8–10 % by weight to produce the product. Then received product is subjected to crushing, standardization and packaging.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the biologization of agricultural production, reduce the anthropogenic load and increase the fertilizer value of fertilizers.
