FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction. Method of erected lined building includes installation of external facing and heat-insulating materials with subsequent floor erection of reinforced concrete bearing walls of building. Facing elements are installed in design position, placing end elements of their anchors, available on reverse side of each facing element, in inter-formwork space, and fixing the position of the installed facing element in space by means of links arranged in their upper part, after which the end parts of anchors placed in it are embedded by concrete supply into the shelling space. Quality of facing elements is represented by large-size elements of architectural concrete of factory fabrication, which are installed on bearing surface in design position, after which the formwork and carcass structure is erected with arrangement of end elements of anchors of facing elements in inter-formwork space. Top part of facing elements is fixed by means of temporary bonds, which are removed after hardening of concrete.

EFFECT: technical result is providing high accuracy of installation using simple means, reducing time and labour costs for erection of buildings, avoiding the need for special, high-altitude and steep-running works, use of forests, as well as possibility of increasing bearing capacity of its external walls due to the fact that facing elements will take part of load from superposed structural elements of structure.
