FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of erecting the framework for buildings and structures involves the erection of bearing vertical monolithic structural reinforced concrete elements simultaneously with the erection of vertically oriented reinforced concrete turning slabs of floorings, pivotally connected with them. In the process of erection between the slabs and the bearing structures, as well as between adjacent slabs, separation elements are pre-installed. After the concrete has gained strength, the slabs are turned to the horizontal position and the joints of the slabs with the bearing vertical elements and the joints between the adjacent flooring slabs are monolithed. Forming the bearing vertical elements and the flooring slabs is performed layer-by-layer, the vertical separation elements are represented by sheet or film polymeric materials, and the pivot joint of the flooring slab is represented by a linearly extended element located in the middle part of the flooring plate, the longitudinal axis of which coincides with the rotation axis of the slab. The bearing elements are erected in the form of columns. Tubular hinge elements of circular cross-section of the flooring slabs adjacent in the horizontal plane are placed on opposite sides of the longitudinal axis of the column. In the flooring slabs, a framework of tensioned reinforcement from encased cable is installed. The reinforcing elements in the body of the flooring slabs are installed after their formation, for which during the hardening grout supply into the cavity of the sliding formwork, linear cavities are formed in the slab body by means of channel formers. The longitudinal axis of the hinge passes through the mass center of the slab. The slabs are rotated in the ascending or descending order. The channel formers are moved while moving the formwork or when moving to the next layer. In the channel formers, broach is arranged to install the reinforcement in channels. The channel-formers are equipped with vibrators for compacting the grout. After turning the slabs, the reinforcing cable is placed in their transverse channels and tensed.

EFFECT: reducing the complexity of forming flooring slabs with increasing the integrity of a slab during its turning, as well as of the equipment used.
