FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning working and dielectric liquids (oil and fuel) from mechanical impurities, dissolved and disperse water, and can be used in any areas using clean and contaminated dielectric liquids. Proposed plant comprises vacuum tank with atomizer connected with tank via pipelines, vacuum pump, dielectric fluid feed and pumping pumps and electric precipitator. Nozzle is made in the lower part of the vacuum tank and is arranged vertically with a sprayer upwards and consists of a tee with a lower fluid feed and with a side supply for air, a mixing chamber made above the tee piece and a sprayer with a nozzle made above the mixing chamber. Proposed electric filter comprises housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, high-voltage power supply unit, dial-type unit made of current-carrying plates and dielectric spacers with current-carrying and current-carrying fasteners, front and rear plugs, current-carrying and power fasteners. Surface of current-carrying plates is made with porous ceramic dielectric sputtering.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of cleaning and recovery of quality of working and dielectric liquids, increased useful volume of vacuum tank without increase of its dimensions, reduced dispersion of liquid sprayed from nozzle, simplified design, stabilized electromagnetic filter electrofilter, increased surface area of electric filter, increased reliability of installation and ease of operation, reduced material consumption.
