FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas engineering, particularly, to gas distribution stations for reduction of gas pressure in gas pipeline. Disclosed is a gas distribution station comprising control unit 1, process unit 2 with high and low pressure gas lines 3 and a condensate collection container 5 connected to the high pressure gas line 3 and through shutoff member 7 to the low pressure gas line 4, ejector 22, vortex tube 12 installed on high pressure gas line 3, heat exchanger 16 connected to outlet 14 of hot flow of vortex tube 12, and outlet 13 of its cold flow is connected to condensate trap 8. Control unit 1 is equipped with ambient air temperature sensor 25 and flow rate control 26 of vortex tube 12 located at the inlet of ejector 22, and heat exchanger 16 is plate-like and its outlet 20 is connected to inlet 21 of ejector 22, wherein outlet 23 of ejector 22 is connected to low pressure gas line 4, and its mixing chamber 24 is connected to condensate trap 8. On the inner surface of the divergent part of ejector 22 there are curvilinear grooves, the profile of which has the form of a dovetail, and outlet hole 23 of ejector is provided with circular groove connected with contaminant removal device, wherein curvature of curvilinear grooves located on inner surface of divergent part of ejector is made along cycloid line as brachistochrone.
EFFECT: technical task of the proposed invention is maintenance of environmental safety of natural gas combustion process on special and household equipment, due to elimination of fine impurities contamination into burner, by their effective separation in the ejector when moving along curvilinear grooves, the curvature of which is made as a brachistochrone by cycloid.
