FIELD: pipeline systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and is intended for control of fluid medium flow in pipelines and quick disconnect connections of pipes. Valve comprises tubular housing 1 with seat 2 and gate 3 with spring 4 and slide 5, arranged in chamber 6 with cover 7 inside gate 3. External surface of gate 3 is formed by longitudinal ribs 8, between which there are channels 9 for passage of liquid. Mechanical gate drive comprises cam shaft 10 with cams 11 fixed on shaft sleeve 12 fixed thereon by means of pin 13 and control handle 14 fixed in radial hole 15 of cam shaft 10 at its end extending outward from housing 1. Chamber 6 in the bolt can be provided with support 16 for slide 5. Cams 11 can have flat tops 17. Slider 5 can be made with rod 18 extending to end face of gate 3 through hole with ring seal 19 pressed to gate 3 by spring 4. Same ring seals 19 with springs 20 resting on bushing 12 can be installed on cones of cam shaft 10 for sealing of its joint with housing 1.
EFFECT: valve design is characterized by reduced weight and dimensional parameters, high reliability and heat resistance, as well as additional functions.
