FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in piston internal combustion engines with a rotating cylinder block. A rotary two-stroke diesel engine with a direct-flow valve gas exchange system and a high-pressure pump-nozzle has cylinders (1) radially located in cylinder block (2). Cylinder block (2) is made in the form of a hollow shaft, pivotally fixed on two supports (3) and (4), the main and cantilever ones, with the possibility of rotation. Axis (5) of working bodies is eccentrically located inside cylinder block (2). Connecting rod (8) is pivotally fixed on axis (5) of working bodies. Piston (7) is pivotally fixed to connecting rod (8). Axis (5) of working bodies and main support (3) are made in the form of a single part. Main and cantilever supports (3) and (4) are located at the edges of cylinder block (2). Cylinder (1) is located between main and cantilever supports (3) and (4). There is a direct-flow valve gas exchange system with at least one intake valve (11) installed in cylinder head (1), at least two exhaust windows (12) made at a base of cylinder (1), and a purge channel connecting an air supercharger to an intake window made in the cylinder head. In the purge channel, there is a movable receiver and a spool-type valve installed inside the movable receiver located at the end of cylinder block (2), on the side of main support (3). Spool flap (17) of the spool-type valve is mounted pivotally on main support (3) with the possibility of controlled rotation. There are at least two pump-nozzles made with the possibility of fuel injection into cylinder (1) in a diesel cycle. The pump-nozzle is mounted next to cylinder (1), with the possibility of driving pusher (20) of the pump-nozzle by an eccentric mechanism made by eccentric cam (21) and support (22) of pusher (20). Eccentric cam (21) is made with the possibility of rotation on a shaft of main support (3) by a mechanism for changing a fuel injection moment. Support (22) of pusher (20) is pivotally mounted on eccentric cam (21) with the possibility of rotation in a sector of an upper dead center at a speed equal to a rotation speed of cylinder block (2). A cutout inside piston (7) for the connecting rod is made with the possibility of turning connecting rod (8) inside piston (7) and pumping oil from piston (7) into a crankcase. Cylinder (1) does not have a cutout for the exhaust window opposite the cutout in piston skirt (7). Piston skirt (7) is made elongated with the possibility of closing exhaust window (12) with the spool of piston skirt (7) at the upper dead center. In main support (3), there is oil outflow channel (29), made with the possibility of oil outflow from the crankcase. A device of the cylinder head and a method for supercharging are disclosed.
EFFECT: increased specific mass power, increased reliability and reduction in oil and fuel consumption.
