FIELD: security means.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locks protection equipment. Device for protection of keyhole of lever lock is located outside of door leaf. It includes a door handle arranged in the form of an elongated handle and a protective unit, placed above the keyhole so that access to it can be blocked. Protective unit is made in the form of a protective casing with a base and a protective plank, the distance between which corresponds to the height of the barb of the bit key. In these elements there is a hole, which consists of transverse branch congruent with keyhole and located in one plane with longitudinal axis of elongated handle of longitudinal branch. Holes in the protective plank and in the protective casing are oriented in the same way. Their transverse dimensions are selected on the basis of free movement of the pin of the bit key. Hole in the base is oriented so that its transverse branch is located on one transverse axis with the keyhole and end parts of the longitudinal branches of the holes in the protective plank and in the protective casing. Protective casing is equipped with two longitudinal walls fixed perpendicularly on inner wall of its main surface. They are located on both sides of longitudinal branch hole in protective casing parallel to it with possibility of free movement between them of pin of the bit key. Protective plank is equipped with a guiding element arranged parallel to the longitudinal branch of its hole with the possibility of entry into the groove made in the barb of the bit key. Elongated handle is bent and is installed above protective casing. Distance between the protective casing and its section above the end part of the longitudinal branch of the hole in the protective casing is selected less than the length of the bit key so that the bit key can be moved under this section, which is recessed by its shank into the longitudinal branch of the hole in the base. And the distance between the protective casing and the section of the elongated handle, which is located above the transverse branch of the hole in the protective casing, is selected from the condition of possibility of free entry of the bit key with its barb with the shank into the transverse branch of this hole.
EFFECT: design of the device provides higher efficiency of protecting the keyhole.
