FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cooled nozzle and working blades of gas turbines equipped with damping devices. Damping device for vibrations of the cooled blades includes a damping element in the form of a deflector made of a material with shape memory effect, tightly in contact with the internal cavity of the blades and having air distribution channels. Deflector of the material with the shape memory effect has on the outside a pin matrix with the arrangement of the pins in a staggered order. Surfaces of the inner radial cavity of the blade and the pin matrix of the deflector from the shape memory material are covered with a wear-resistant material. Titanium nickelide is used as the deflector material.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the reliability and durability of the cooled blades of a gas turbine engine.
