FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a sterile composition which contains protein and an aliphatic polyester. Sterile composition which contains protein and aliphatic polyester and which is sterilized by irradiation, in which the protein is dispersed in the form of particles in aliphatic polyester directly or in the form of a mixture with pharmaceutically acceptable additives, the content of protein particles in the sterile composition is not more than 50 wt. %, and the sterile composition is in the form of a fiber or a film.
EFFECT: disclosed sterile composition preserves protein structure and function.
