FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a composition of fibrinogen for hemostatic use, containing a mixture of glycine, phenylalanine and histidine, and a cellulose-ether as an additive, wherein the cellulose-ether derivative is selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl cellulose, methylcellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and mixtures thereof, and fibrinogen is contained in an amount of at least 100 to 950 % by weight of the cellulose-ether derivative.
EFFECT: invention provides resistance to radiation sterilization.
