FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electric power industry. According to the invention, the modular power plant comprises different types of renewable energy sources with outputs on direct and alternating current, connected to inputs of universal charging controller, autonomous inverter, energy accumulator and control device. At that, comprises DC/DC converter and/or electromagnetic compatibility filter, step-up transformer three-phase transformer, first, second and third units of current and voltage phase transducers, bidirectional three-phase electric energy meter, first, second and third commutators and motor-generator. Output of each renewable power source is connected to one of universal charging controller inputs, universal charging controller output through the energy accumulator and the DC/DC converter and/or the electromagnetic compatibility filter is connected to the DC load and to the autonomous inverter input, phase groups of the output of the autonomous inverter through the first filter are connected to the primary windings of the step-up three-phase transformer, the output of which is connected through the second filter, the first unit of phase transducers of currents and voltages and the first switch is connected through an intermediate circuit of three-phase alternating current with AC load and fifth input of the universal charging controller. Intermediate circuit of three-phase alternating current, through the second switch, the second unit of current and voltage sensors and bidirectional three-phase electric energy counter is connected to the external three-phase network, through the third switch and the third unit of phase current and voltage sensors is connected to the motor-generator, control input/output of universal charging controller is connected to control device, which is connected through first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth inputs to energy accumulator, bidirectional three-phase electric energy counter, control panel, first, second and third units of phase current sensors and voltages. First, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth outputs of control device are connected to autonomous inverter, first, second and third switches, motor-generator unit, converter DC/DC and/or filter of electromagnetic compatibility.
