FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radial high-pressure fans. Fan comprises spiral housing 1, inlet branch pipe 3 and impeller 2 with diameter D2, formed by front 4 and rear 5 disks with blades 6 between them, made curvilinear and bent backwards. Front flat disc 4 with toroidal inlet section 7, impeller width 2 b/D2= 0.10–0.12, inlet edges 9 of blades 6 are inclined in average along width of section and are located on diameter D1/D2=0.48–0.52, radius of curvature of blade 6 R/D2= 0.63–0.7, vanes outlet angle 6 β2= 42–46°, diffuser width of inter-blade channel 10 nd= 1.8–2.2, diameter of minimum cross-section of inlet branch pipe 3 D0/D2= 0.4–0.5.
EFFECT: technical result is providing high efficiency of fan by optimizing blade system of impeller with minimum pressure losses in inter-blade channels and providing manufacturability of fan design.
