FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of machine building. Working element is subjected to flat movement with two degrees of freedom. Support for elastic elements is made in the form of two linear springs. Two in-phase inertia exciters are used. Vertical movement parameters of the working member are controlled. Two structural and technical connections in the form of helical non-self-braking mechanisms with reduced weights are additionally introduced into an elastic-mass system of a vibration test bench. Effects of variation of mass inertial properties of a vibration table are created and affect common properties of the system for forming a ratio of coordinates in end points of the working element equal to one. Device for adjustment of dynamic condition of the working body of the vibration table includes support units. Helical non-self-braking mechanism is made with fixation of the lead screw on the working element and the possibility of changing the reduced mass of the system as a whole. Braking clamp creates moment on nut-flywheel by signal from control system.
EFFECT: enabling adjustment of amplitude distribution by controlling parameters of motion conversion devices.
