FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for control of vibration field parameters of vibration process machines. Method of controlling formation of structure and parameters of vibration field of process vibration machine, involving excitation of working member of vibration machine by means of inertia type vibration exciter and monitoring the dynamic state of the working member by vibration sensors, characterized in that the vibration excitation is performed by two inertial-type vibration exciters, at that, providing their operation at one frequency of harmonic oscillations in antiphase or in-phase by creating a ratio between amplitudes of inertial forces determined by radii of installation of unbalances, wherein vibration fields of required shape and parameters are obtained when selecting the appropriate coherence coefficient of external actions, determined by formula Q2=α⋅Q1, where Q1, Q2 – power external disturbances, α is a real number which take negative, zero and positive values.
EFFECT: control of parameters and structure of vibration field due to change of ratio between power vibrations applied to working element of process machine.
