FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and other vehicles, particularly, to the design of paratroopers and passengers seats and can be most effectively used on helicopters and combat vehicles. Special-purpose energy-absorbing seat comprises two vertical guides in the form of posts with supports, two dampers, headrest and support back from fabric. Posts have height adjustment elements in form of screw pair. Support hinged spherical sliders with retainer and sea bolt are installed at posts ends to allow posts to sense bank and pitch deformation. Dampers are made independent, with possibility of operative replacement of fully or partially deformed elements. Damper housing is made integral with cutter made of material of increased hardness and can be used many times. Support back is made unified, allowing to use seat to people with parachute and without parachute.
EFFECT: increased safety during operation.
