FIELD: signal transmission.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of signals and can be used for transmission of digital signals with uniform quantisation. Frequency divider of speech signal (SS), is an envelope reducer in divided by 2 times SS without envelope. Frequency divider consists of series-connected multiplier of common single-band SS and single-banded this SS with divided in 2 time frequency band with constant amplitude, band-pass filter, which selects oscillation of phase difference of these signals with envelope and coherent detector of this signal.

EFFECT: high frequency efficiency of the digital signal in 2 times, eliminating non-uniform quantisation of this speech signal, which significantly simplifies the ADC scheme.
