FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and concerns liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing onboard LNG transportation tanker. Disclosed is a device for feeding fuel from natural gas into an ocean tanker transporting LNG. Device comprises a first line with compressor (12) having an inlet opening in communication with free space (4) of at least one LNG storage tank (2), and an outlet opening in communication with the circuit extending from the compressor to at least one engine (38), and a second line with pressure evaporator (24) having an inlet opening in communication with the liquid storage area (6) of said tank (2), wherein second line is connected to first line downstream relative to compressor (12) and upstream relative to engine (38), wherein first line comprises at least aftercooler (60) downstream of compressor, and second line comprises at least heater (64).
EFFECT: invention improves the device and method of treating gas used for feeding into engines, such as engines operating on two types of fuel.
