FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental pharmacology. Method involves preventing the formation of gastric ulcer by single introduction in the morning of a pharmacological agent to rats 30 minutes before simulating water-immersion stress by placing rats in special wire chambers and submerging for 7 hours in water (23 °C) to the level of the xiphoid. A pharmacological agent is presented by an intragastrically ruled sample of a medicinal agent based on 2-((2-hydroxyphenyl)thio)acetyl)-L-prolylglycine MNV27.
EFFECT: proposed method effectively prevents the occurrence of GM ulcers in the VIS model in doses 3,4 mg/kg and 6,8 mg/kg of rat weight.
