FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for sampling oil and oil products from a reservoir. Stationary sampling system with measuring hatch comprises cylindrical housing 1 with mounting flange 2, inside which there is sampler 3 fixed on perforated tape 4 by means of suspension 10. Power rack 5 with retainer 11 in upper part is installed along housing 1 freely in bracket 12 fixed on housing. System also comprises winding device 6 of perforated tape 4, direct drain device 7 with drain tube 13, inspection windows 8, submersion depth counter 9. Winding device 6 is connected to housing cover and power rack 5, and power post 5 is made in form of pipe on rod, rigidly fixed to lower part of housing 1. Drain tube 13 is made of three parts: receiving tube 14, bypass chamber 15 and drain tube 16. Bypass chamber 15 of cylindrical shape is hingedly fixed in direct drain device 7. Receiving tube 14 is made of tube bent in one plane and rigidly fixed by one end with cylindrical part of bypass chamber 15. Drain tube 16 is made of a pipe bent in two perpendicular planes and rigidly connected by its one end to end face of bypass chamber 15. In the connection zone on draining tube 16 there is a rectilinear section located in the zone of the radial movable seal 18 installed in the housing of the direct drain device 7. Inner cavity of overflow chamber 15 is made in the form of two perpendicular cylindrical channels connected to each other and inner cavities of intake pipe 14 and drain tube 16.

EFFECT: use of the proposed design ensures complete tightness when sampling oil and oil products on oil tankers and reservoirs.
