FIELD: the invention refers to devices for definition of concentrations of harmful pollutions present in ambient air particularly for selection samples of aerosols and may be used in microbiological, food and chemical industries, in medicine and agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: the aerosol sampler with returning fluid film has a body with an outlet sleeve for connecting means of flushing air through sampler and an intake socket. The sampler has a cylindrical vortex chamber with tangentially put into it an intake socket and a cyclone. The foundation of the cyclone is connected with the upper part of the vortex chamber. The sampler has a ring collector of drops located in the upper part of the cyclone and a sprayer of absorptive fluid. The sampler has a drain tube connected with the collector of drops and a tube for discharging the sample. The sampler has an accumulating reservoir for absorptive fluid. The reservoir is connected through the drain tube with the collector of drops and through an ejector tube with the sprayer. The tube for discharging the sample is connected to the sprayer. The cyclone is fulfilled in the shape of a truncated cone whose larger foundation is connected with the vortex chamber. The collector of drops is located on the external surface of the cyclone. The sprayer is an ejector fulfilled in the shape of a muzzle in the inner channel of the intake socket. The inner channel of the intake socket is fulfilled stepped with a smaller diameter from the side of the input end of the socket. The muzzle of the ejector is placed on the section of the inner channel of the intake socket with a larger diameter in the zone of stepped changing of its diameter.
EFFECT: the sampler allows effective catching of aerosol particles.
