FIELD: heating equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method for determination of rigidity of heat exchanger (1) with a bundle of tubes, which includes core tube (2) and coil tubes (3) wound around core tube (2) to form a bundle of tubes, wherein coil tubes (3) are wound in several layers (5, 6) of the coil and at the corresponding coiling angle (α) of the layer around core tube (2), involving the following steps: determination of geometric strength parameter of the corresponding coil layer (5), where the geometrical strength parameter includes the area ratio (Ar) of coil tube cross-section to area (Ap) of cell cross section, where area (Ap) of cell cross-section is obtained from axial distance (T) of coil tubes (3) and outer diameter (da) of coil tubes (3); correcting the ratio of areas using a correction coefficient in order to take into account the orientation of coil tubes (3) of the corresponding coil layer relative to the gravity force (Fg) acting on the coil tubes; and determination of rigidity of corresponding coil layer (5) depending on corrected ratio of areas and modulus of elasticity of coil tube material.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of determining rigidity of a heat exchanger with a bundle of tubes and a method for production thereof.
