FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to tattoo equipment. According to the first version, the tattoo machine contains arranged in housing drive for rotation of eccentric element, made in housing guide channel, in which there is a rod brought into contact with needle soldering pusher in replaceable cartridge and kinematically connected to eccentric mechanism to ensure reciprocating movement of needle soldering, mechanism of replaceable cartridge clamping onto the rod on the side of its free end and fixed in the housing. Machine is equipped with permanent magnet. Eccentric element is attached to inner ring of rolling or sliding bearing. Said permanent magnet is arranged at rod end. Rod is brought into contact with the external ring of the bearing through this permanent magnet for transfer of movement to the rod from the eccentric element or provision of the possibility of rod extraction together with the permanent magnet. According to the second version, the tattoo machine contains a drive arranged in the housing for rotation of the eccentric element, guide channel is arranged in housing and accommodates rod brought into contact with needle soldering pusher in replaceable cartridge and kinematically connected with eccentric mechanism to ensure reciprocation of needle soldering. Machine is equipped with permanent magnet. Eccentric element is attached to inner ring of rolling or sliding bearing. Said permanent magnet is arranged at rod end. Rod is brought into contact with the external ring of the bearing through this permanent magnet for transfer of movement to the rod from the eccentric element or provision of the possibility of rod extraction together with the permanent magnet. According to the third version, the tattoo machine contains a drive arranged in the housing for rotation of the eccentric element, made in housing guide channel, in which there is a rod brought into contact with needle soldering pusher in replaceable cartridge and kinematically connected to eccentric mechanism to ensure reciprocating movement of needle soldering, as well as a removable cartridge clamping mechanism with needle soldering, made with a tube enveloping the rod and connected to the housing, and replaceable cartridge clamping mechanism securing assembly. Machine is equipped with permanent magnet. Fastening unit of removable cartridge clamping mechanism is made in form of collet mechanism for tube fixation on housing. Eccentric element is attached to inner ring of rolling or sliding bearing. Said permanent magnet is arranged at rod end. Rod is brought into contact with the external ring of the bearing through this permanent magnet for transfer of movement to the rod from the eccentric element or provision of the possibility of rod extraction together with the permanent magnet.
EFFECT: inventions provide easy replacement of rods of different length and simplification of design of transmission mechanism at maintaining reliable attachment of rod.
