SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a massager and a method of exposure to a massager, relates to medicine and can be used for massage and self-massage. Massager comprises base made in the form of star-shaped disk, to which at equal distance from each other by their ends are connected to five knee-shaped holders in positions turned relative to base to left or right, and on other ends of knee-shaped holders drop-shaped massage elements are installed, located in one plane at angle of 72± 5° to each other and formed by smooth transition with knee holders. Massager comprises detachable and replaceable drop-shaped massage elements with acting elements symmetrically installed on their working surfaces. Drop-like massage elements are made with acting elements in the form of half of elongated ellipsoid of rotation. Drop-like massage elements are made with acting elements in form of pyramids with base in form of hexagon. Drop-like massage elements are made with acting elements in form of pyramids with base in form of pentagon. Drop-shaped massage elements are made with acting elements in form of pyramids with base in form of a square. Drop-shaped massage elements are made with acting elements in the form of pyramids with base in form of a triangle. Height of half of elongated ellipsoid of revolution and height of all said pyramids is identical. Method of exposure to massager includes direct constant pressure and movement of massage elements of massager with variable increasing effect on areas of body are successively removable and replaceable on drop-shaped massage elements with acting elements in form of half of elongated ellipsoid of rotation, with acting elements in form of pyramids with base in form of hexagon, acting elements in form of pyramids with base in form of pentagon, with acting elements in form of pyramids with base in form of a square and with acting elements in form of pyramids with base in form of triangle.

EFFECT: inventions provide a variable increasing acupressure effect on body areas containing biologically active points and reflexogenic zones.
