SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of marine geophysics Underwater ice geophysical survey method consists in automatic arrangement of hydrophones in the water depth at different depths from the ship, for example, underwater, at a given distance between them both in the horizon and rows one above the other or with displacement in the horizontal plane, as well as depth vigilance with preset spacing in direction of motion, creating an inclined axis of hydrophones in water thickness, as well as hydrophones are laid on sea bottom, thus creating seismic receiving grid both in water thickness and on sea bottom. Proposed device comprises self-propelled self-contained unmanned underwater vehicles equipped with hydrophones, rudders for control in vertical and horizontal planes, drive screws and coupling devices. Device also includes a vessel, for example, an underwater vessel, a mechanism for storage of self-propelled self-contained unmanned underwater vehicles, a receiver and a receiving-output device, including a docking device, a guide and a supporting mechanism.
EFFECT: invention can be used for underwater multidimensional seismic survey on water areas covered with ice all year round or most of the year.
