FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: gas flow cutoff module with gas pressure regulator serves to reduce high pressure of gas supplied to network (consumer) from high-pressure gas source 25…30 MPa, for example a movable gas refueling unit with automatic shutoff of the gas flow when the pressure exceeds the module beyond the preset one. Module includes gas flow shutter, two reduction stages, each consisting of pressure regulator and amplifier. Module is also equipped with a pulse gas receiver, into which gas is supplied from the cavity behind the first stage gas pressure regulator. Piston valves of pressure regulators have the same unified design of straight-flow (unloaded) valves. At that, to the gas flow cutoff the pulse gas from the receiver is supplied through the switching valve in the servo drive, which monitors the gas pressure behind the module and when the preset level is exceeded, provides closing the gas flow cutoff piston valve. Receiver is equipped with safety valve.
