SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to stands for testing (running-in) and diagnostics of internal combustion engines, low-power mobile aviation equipment. Device for testing and diagnostics of internal combustion engines 9 includes base 1, consisting of longitudinal and transverse guides, frame made of upper 13 and lower parts 2, upper 13 and lower 2 parts of frame are connected to each other using vertical posts 5, vertical posts of the frame are made in the form of vertical beams with bearings, consisting of vertical beams and fastening, the attachment consists of a bearing and a rubber damper, at that, an additional vertical post 6 is introduced, on which traction force measuring strain gauge 12 is located, which calculates the degree of deformation, and a vertical post is installed on the transverse beam of the lower part of frame 2, at that, additional vertical post 6 is fixed with frame lower part 2 by means of diagonal beam 14, besides, to upper part of frame 13 by means of bolts is fixed subframe 7, with the possibility of movement in the longitudinal direction, wherein to subframe 7 by means of bolts there is lodgement 8 for placing the engine, made in the form of a motorama, consisting of two plates with holes for fixing the internal combustion engine 9, connected to each other by means of diagonal rods, on lower part of frame 2 strain gauges 4 are installed, which take up torque from movement of frame relative to base by means of rockers 3, on the internal combustion engine the sustainer propeller is installed, for safety of the test on the stand base the protective frame with grid 10 is installed and fixed, inside of which the sustainer propeller is rotated, to strain gauges of torque 4, strain gauge 13 and internal combustion engine 9 by means of a flexible wire a personal computer is connected, for example, laptop 11, to provide input, monitoring of obtained parameters, processing information, correcting and outputting parameters of operation of internal combustion engine.

EFFECT: creation of high-efficiency test device for diagnostics of internal combustion engines due to expansion of its functional capabilities.
