FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical energy conversion equipment – to electric motors and can be used for operation in vehicle motor-wheel drive as electric motor for bicycle. Electric motor comprises stator and rotor installed relative to each other with possibility of relative rotation. Surface of stator with poles faces rotor. On stator poles there installed are coils providing rotary movement of rotor at their serial switching. Coils are made from aluminum wire with a ceramic insulating coating.
EFFECT: result is increased operating torque and power per unit motor weight unit, increased ability to withstand overload by electric current, extended operating temperature range, increased service life, self-recovery of insulation at mechanical damage, prevention of burning out of windings and failure of electric motor, there are no toxic emissions during operation and in process of failure of electric motor.
