FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering. Transformer contains a magnetic core, two primary, two or four secondary windings, conducting rigid plate-like jumpers, rigid current-conducting buses. Secondary windings are made in the form of an Archimedes’ spiral made of a tape-type conductor. They are wound around at the reversed direction to each other. Magnetic core is made with a cross section of a stepped shape, close to an ellipse or circle, in its sections corresponding to the rods. Both primary windings are installed by a frameless winding of the conductor with tension on each section of the magnetic core, corresponding to the rod, exerting a pulling force on the magnetic circuit. Each primary winding is equipped with one secondary winding or two secondary windings by a frameless winding of the conductor with tension, covering the primary winding as much as possible. Windings are made of aluminum conductor with ceramic insulation. Magnetic core with windings is located between the current-conducting buses. Primary windings are connected in series with one ends. Ends of the secondary windings are connected to the current-conducting buses, pulling the buses to each other with the possibility of mechanical contact. Outer ends of the secondary windings are rigidly connected to the first current-conducting bus, and their inner ends are rigidly connected by current-conducting plate-like jumpers to the second current-conducting bus. Each plate-like jumper is connected to a tape-type conductor along a long edge with the possibility of abutting to a short edge, the beginning of the winding, and is parallel to the plane of the winding curve of the turns and connected to the second current-conducting bus.
EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in the leakage inductance, a decrease in the circuit resistance, an increase in the impulse current, an improvement in the heat removing from the inner turns of the winding, and an increase in the mechanical strength of the transformer construction.
