FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended for straightening of non-rigid cylindrical parts like shafts and axles by transverse rolling by smooth plates. In the bed of the device there is a slider with a movable deforming tool and a fixed deforming tool placed under it. Movable deforming tool has two supports and a protrusion. Device also comprises wedge mechanism with upper and lower wedges to control value of absolute reduction, equipped with pusher, hopper and tray with sensor to control direction of curvature of part. Computer is connected to automated device for control of diametrical sizes and curvature of parts shape.
EFFECT: broader technological capabilities of the device.
