FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gas seal, in particular to a dry gas seal extending along a circumferential direction (CDR) relative to axis (X), comprising: a rotating contact sealing ring (RSR) and a fixed contact sealing ring (SSR). Fixed contact seal ring (SSR) moves along the axis, wherein the gas seal (GDS) comprises a sliding bushing (SLV), wherein the sliding bushing (SLV) directs the fixed contact seal ring (SSR) radially to the second surface radially by means of the first sliding surface (SSF 1) sliding along axis. Sliding bushing (SLV) is fixed on stator (STS) of gas seal (GDS), wherein sliding bush (SLV) has first cut (RZ 1) extending in circumferential direction (CDR), and stator (STS) – continuing in direction (CDR) along circumference, located in section of fixation of first cut (RZ 1) opposite to second cut (RZ 2), as a result, the first cutout (RZ 1) and the second cutout (RZ 2) define a common cavity (CAV) extending in circumferential direction (CDR) in circumferential direction. In cavity (CAV) there is an elongated fixing element (FXE) filling at least partially the first cutout (RZ 1) and the second cutout (RZ 2) so that unlimited axial movement is possible only at radial deformation of fixing element (FXE).
EFFECT: invention provides effective fixation of ceramic components on steel components of gas seal.
