SUBSTANCE: to this end, the present invention provides a method of treating a surface of a metal substrate prior to coating or printing, involving pre-heating to 40 °C or higher than a defined metal substrate, which heat conductivity is 10 W/mK or more, and then flame treatment of substrate surface before coating or printing on substrate surface using coating or paint material.
EFFECT: present invention aims at suppressing condensation during the flame treatment of surface of certain metal substrates, the heat conductivity of which is 10 W/mK or more.
