FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preliminary treatment of a surface on a metal substrate. Described is a method of treating a surface of a metal substrate before deposition on a surface of a coating or printing, including preliminary heating to temperature from 40 to 300 °C of metal substrate having heat conductivity from 10 to 210 W/mK, selected from sheet steel with metal coating from Zn-55 % Al alloy, stainless steel sheet, coated steel sheet, aluminum sheet and defatted ordinary sheet steel, and then continuous flame treatment of substrate surface before coating or printing on substrate surface using coating or paint material.
EFFECT: technical result is improved surface quality after treatment.
