SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in converters of single-phase AC to DC voltage with high reliability. Control method is used in designing control systems of AC to DC converters. Device for implementation of control method is used in AC to DC converters control systems. Control method consists in formation of constant on half-period of input voltage of pulse sequence for control of transistor of flyback converter and formation of anti-cycle pulse sequence varying according to law |cos(ωt)| for control of reversible converter transistors.

EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency coefficient of converter and increased dynamic stability of device for implementation of converter control method.
