SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plumbing. Fitting comprises a water passage, an insert socket extending transversely into the water passage and having an insert opening accessible to the user, and insert, which contains at least one sanitary functional element, has the ability of through flow passage in the area of through transmission from one side to the opposite side, and made with possibility of insertion into socket for insert and extraction from socket for insert. Socket for the insert remains fixed in the working position at insertion and removal of the insert, and the hole for the insert remains available for the user at the fixed working position of the socket for the insert. Insert comprises its through passage area, located in the water passage channel, wherein the functional element is in contact with the water passage channel when the insert is in its operating position, in which the insert is completely inserted into the insert seat. Insert is made in form of insert plate, which has the ability of through passage of flow in its through passage from one main side of plate to other main side of plate, and has a smaller thickness compared to its cross dimension, and is configured to insert in the transverse direction of the insert into the insertion and removal socket from the insert seat in a direction opposite to the insert direction.
