The outlet (5) has larger cross-section in clear if compared to the filter screen (4) outlets, and at least one outlet (5) is goes to at least one by-pass or oxidation port. Furthermore, the outlet (5) is positioned along the flow direction, and the opening of at least one by-pass or oxidation port is positioned along the flow direction behind at least one water-directing component of at least one functional device located in the plug-in element (1).
EFFECT: the invention improves reliability and simplifies the design.
