FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to municipal utilities and is intended for treatment and cleaning of road surfaces and pavements from compacted snow and ice. Transport-process facility for treatment of motor roads and pavements from snow-ice formations comprises platform with feeding conveyor, front, rear, left and right sides, bitters, side limiters of scatter of loose materials and unloading conveyor installed in the zone of the back board. Also, transport-process facility includes chassis, thrower, loose material dispenser with guide sleeves and rake leveler. At the same time the left side board is equipped with an extension made in the form of trapezium, which is attached to the board by the large base, with a shield attached to the smaller base, which is equipped with a retainer, an installation mechanism including a handle with an intermediate shaft. Also, the left-side board is equipped with a reduction gear and a body board shaft, on which the bead-extension with the shield is rigidly fixed. Proposed device comprises moving plate fitted via slides on guides with their ends rigidly fixed on right side whereon frame with thrower and thrower positioning hydraulic cylinder are secured by means of bracket via frame hinges. At that, the frame hinges and the thrower installation hydraulic cylinder provide the possibility to install the frame with the thrower from the transport position to the working position and back, and the plate movement is provided by the plate movement hydraulic cylinder fixed by the first and the second hinges of the plate movement hydraulic cylinder by one end to the right side board, and by the other one to the plate.

EFFECT: invention improves operational capabilities and efficient treatment and cleaning by means of a transport-technological device due to uniform distribution of loose materials on body volume during self-loading, transportation, self-loading with simultaneous dosing and mixing of sand and salt and uniform distribution of sand-and-saline mixture along surface of sidewalks and road surface.
