SUBSTANCE: system for distribution of fodder for agricultural poultry comprises walls (9), jointly limiting fodder zone, which from its upper side is accessible for agricultural poultry, and device for feeding feed for supply of fodder to position of input into fodder area, at that, for agricultural poultry it is possible to peck fodder from the fodder zone. Walls (9) jointly limiting or passing through the feeding area are at least partially provided with an abrasive surface structure (20) providing abrasion and wear of beak of agricultural birds when feeding the forage from the feeding area. Abrasive surface structure (20) comprises a relief from a plurality of linear projections with sharp edges. Method for feeding agricultural poultry using the above described system comprises the following steps: feeding feed into the feeding area, and scooping by agricultural poultry fodder from the fodder area, at which automatic abrasion and wear of bird beaks by relief of linear projections with sharp edges.

EFFECT: automatic attrition and wear of growing beaks of birds each time when they peck feed particles from the feeding area and at the same time move beaks along the relief from a set of linear projections with sharp edges.
