Preparation contains not less than 10⁶ CFU per 1 ml of suspension or 1 g of dry powder of biomass of psychoactive microorganisms: strain Pseudomonas extremaustralis ARC 40 VKPM V-13086, strain Pseudoalteromonas nigrifaciens ARC 41 VKPM V-13087, strain Paeniglutamicibacter antarcticus ARC 43 VKPM As-2077 in ratio 1:1:1.

EFFECT: invention provides effective cleaning of water areas of water bodies and shoreline from oil and oil products in conditions of low temperatures and high salinity of water.
