FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. According to the first embodiment, the vehicle body assembly method consists in placing the first component on the second component. Connection is created by fastener. Fastener is a rivet, a fixing part, a welding seam or a clamping connection. Components are heated. Bolt is tightened. According to the second embodiment, the method of assembling a vehicle body assembly consists in installing an attachment assembly through a slot, wherein a portion of the attachment assembly is destructible when exposed to a surface treatment solution. Fastening fixing part is repeated. Vehicle body assembly comprises an inner panel including a mounting surface and a beam having a lower coefficient of thermal expansion than the inner panel. Beam is attached to the mounting surface by an attachment unit including a wax or cardboard washer.
EFFECT: higher strength of assembly of vehicle body assembly.
