FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of cooling liquid for automotive engine. Coolant comprises: surfactant free from organosilicon compounds; antifoaming additive containing mineral oil and silicon dioxide; and base, wherein base contains at least one alcohol from group consisting of monoatomic alcohol, diatomic alcohol, triatomic alcohol and monoalkyl ether of glycol, and / or water, wherein kinematic viscosity is equal to 8.5 mm2/s or more at 25 °C and 2.0 mm2/s or less at 100 °C, and 100 parts by weight of the cooling liquid composition include 0.01 to 0.4 weight parts of mineral oil and 0.003 to 0.1 weight parts of silicon dioxide.
EFFECT: invention provides a composition of cooling liquid, which has a certain kinematic viscosity due to the corresponding thickening effect of the surfactant as an improver of the viscosity index, suppresses the foaming properties of the surfactant at high temperature and is characterized by durability.
