FIELD: hydraulic structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrotechnical structures, in particular, to water intakes for water-storage-coolers in circulation water supply system of thermal and nuclear power stations. Water intake structure includes upper and lower flexible waterproof webs. Upper part of webs is equipped with floats attached to rigid support bars, having in lower part hinges located on bottom anchor. Support rods have a system of hoses for supply of water or air into the floats. Structure has a thrust beam to which the lower part of the upper web is fixed. Lower part of lower web is fixed on bottom anchor, and upper part of lower web with float, filled with air, rests against thrust beam.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by the disclosed invention consists in simplifying the design while improving its reliability.
