FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the power mechanical industry. Hot-water boiler comprises combustion chamber with fuel and air flow supply channels, low-temperature section and high-temperature section communicated with furnace chamber outlet to direct flow of combustible gases through combustion products channels towards turbo-compressor unit including at least one turbo-compressor. Turbine wheel of this turbo-compressor is installed in channel of combustion products channels connection with channels of combustion products of low-temperature section, and compressor wheel is arranged in channel of air flow supply from atmosphere into combustion chamber. Low-temperature section is provided with a branch pipe for discharge of combustion products into the stack, with an input of water supply to the boiler and with channels of water passage through this section, common outlet of which is communicated with water passage channels in the high-temperature section. Furnace chamber housing has annular cavity between external and internal walls, which on one side is communicated with hot water outlet, and on the other side – with outlet of water passage channels of high-temperature section. Each of high-temperature and low-temperature sections is made in the form of a set of elements alternating in height of plate-like shape, some of which are made in the form of a flat plate with ribs placed remotely on it and parallel to each other, which direction is perpendicular to plate for formation between ribs furnace channels for passage of combustible gases, others – in form of plate-shaped elements made with perpendicular to plate side walls and ribs, which are arranged labyrinth-like for water passage and arranged between plate-shaped elements, which are intended for passage of combustible gases.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of weight and dimensions of boiler.
