FIELD: lighting engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering and can be used as a light-emitting diode for street, industrial, household and architectural-design lighting. Radiator-free light-emitting diode lamp comprises a light-emitting diode module made in the form of a printed circuit board having the shape of a flat rectangular plate, on which light-emitting diodes with nominal power P=0.5 W are uniformly mounted by surface mounting, and lighting fixtures, including power supply unit and means of connection to electric network. Light-emitting diodes are connected so that constant working current on each of them does not exceed 40 mA, and working power does not exceed 0.12 Wt. At that, printed circuit board has area (9.0±10 %) cm2 for each W of total operating power of all light-emitting diodes, and aspect ratio of printed-circuit board (length/width) is 1.6±0.05.

EFFECT: reduction of heat generation, increase of device capacity, improvement of its reliability and service life.
