FIELD: clothes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to disinfection, specifically to disinfection of clothes. Device (1) for clothes disinfection comprises housing (2) and chamber (4) inside housing to receive one or more garments (14) to be disinfected. Housing includes fan (6) and one or more heating elements (10). At least one heating element is made with possibility of direct heating of garments inside the chamber by radiation. Fan is arranged between first side (4a) of chamber and housing (2) and is configured to draw air through chamber and above heating element for the purpose of heating air. Device also comprises at least one airflow channel (5) formed between housing and chamber to transfer heated air through channel (5) into chamber (4) from second side (4b) of chamber, which includes air intake grid, and transfer of heated air through the chamber for additional heating of clothes by means of transmitted heated air. Also disclosed is a method for disinfecting clothes using said device.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides thorough and uniform disinfection of clothes.
