FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves crushing, packing into containers and heating waste materials. Heat treatment is carried out by directly exposing the waste materials to radio frequency radiation to reach temperature of 90-100 C. After being heat treated, the disinfected waste materials are processed to produce plastic, fuel and other kinds of materials for further use.
