FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to a washing unit of a recirculation type and a method for preparing containers for filling and is intended for preparation for loading of various mobile tanks, such as tank cars, container-cisterns, tank-vehicles, from different liquid products / cargoes; animal fats, vegetable oils and products of their processing; motor oils and lubricants, crude oil and oil products. Method involves feeding effluents under vacuum and feeding steam into accumulation tank 1 with a mixer. Homogenization of effluent is carried out in the accumulation tank. Further, the homogenized effluent is separated with feeding the coagulant into three fractions in three-phase separator 2: a light fraction – a purification product, water and a heavy fraction – wastes. Further, dispersed impurities of the light fraction are separated by means of at least one stage of pressure flotation (floaters 3, 4 and saturators 5, 6). Light fractions are discharged into light fraction collection reservoir 10. Part of the light fraction from the collection reservoir is supplied to the fuel supply zone to the process equipment ensuring the operation of the plant for their repeated use. Portion of the light fraction from the collection vessel is transported to the consumer. Purified water is fed into a reservoir for reuse. Heavy fraction is recycled.

EFFECT: high efficiency of the device owing to possibility of repeated use of oil refining residues and water to reduce power consumption at high speed of operation.
