FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to methods and equipment for radio monitoring of radio-frequency sources (RFS) with linear-frequency-modulated (LFM) signals. Said technical result is achieved by implementing signal processing procedures in a multi-channel receiver, which enable to reduce the number of errors in determining the type of modulation LFM signal and higher accuracy of estimating frequency-time parameters of the signal owing to processing the spectral component of the signal at the total (doubled) frequency and increasing the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of the autocorrelation receiver (ACR), wherein the signal processing procedure is carried out in N channels, which increases the signal-to-noise ratio at the output of ACR in 2(1-2-N) times.
EFFECT: higher signal-to-noise ratio at difference frequency at output ACR.
