SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fluid medium conditioner intended for use in a reservoir containing computers or other electronic devices immersed in a fluid medium in a reservoir. Fluid medium conditioner (1) comprises housing (10) having chamber (38), outlet opening (14), heat exchanger (18) located in chamber (38) of housing (10), and one or more pumps (16) for pumping fluid medium to allow fluid to come into contact with heat exchanger (18) in chamber (38). Heat exchanger (18) has inlet (30) for introducing cooling agent into heat exchanger (18) and outlet hole (32) for outlet of cooling agent from heat exchanger (18). At vertical, working orientation of fluid medium conditioner (1), pump (16) and heat exchanger (18) are spaced apart vertically, wherein heat exchanger (18) is located above outlet (14) of fluid medium conditioner (1).
