SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a sticky Velcro fastener (100), comprising: engaging layer configured to engage with the embossed Velcro fastening member and including a nonwoven material of fiber, and a layer with physical properties, which enable to retain the engaging layer, wherein the engaging layer has an index A of flexibility, which is expressed by equation (1) and is 0.004 g-2 or more: A=1/(P1×P2) (1), where P1 is the maximum compressive load when the annular member, which is obtained by connecting the front end portion and the rear end portion of the female Velcro fastener, having an elongated shape and having width of 25 mm in its elongation direction, to each other by using a stapler to form an annular shape having a cylinder diameter of 20 mm, is deformed by applying a compressive load to the annular member in its axial direction, and P2 represents maximum compressive load when annular element is deformed by application of compression load to annular element in direction of its width.
EFFECT: task consists in development of enveloping element of Velcro fastener, including engaging layer, in which nonwoven material is used, wherein the Velcro fastening element has an excellent adhesion force, and a Velcro fastener and the hygienic product, which include the Velcro fastening element.
